The purpose of this study was presenting a model for institutionalizing the spiritual education among elementary school teachers in Tehran. The research method was applied in terms of functional purpose; in terms of collecting data, the data was descriptive-survey. The statistical society of the research qualitative section was the experts of the academic community and the education specialists. In the small part of the statistical society, all teachers of the elementary schools of Tehran were included. The sample size in the qualitative section was determined using the theoretical saturation principle of 20 people. In the quantitative section, 430 people were selected as the sample using Cochran formula and they were selected by stratified random sampling. Data collection tools were semi-structured interviews in the qualitative section and in the small part of the questionnaire, 82 questions were asked. To assess the validity of the questionnaire, content validity and construct validity were used. Results indicated the validity of the tool. The data analysis method was content analysis in qualitative part, and in the quantitative part, descriptive statistics and inferential (factor analysis) were used. The results showed that factors affecting the institutionalization of spiritual education include two internal dimensions (teacher, space and equipment, management and curriculum) and external (governance of society, media, family, and non-governmental organizations). Also, the results showed that factor factor of space and equipment from internal factors and the governance from external factors are more important than other l factors. The model also had a decent fit.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of professional ethics on job performance with the mediating role of religiosity in work among Hamedan province teachers. The method according to purpose was Practical, The method of data collection was Descriptive correlational, as well as the type of data was quantitative. The population consisted Hamedan province teachers that were selected 330 members by using Sample size calculation based on structural equation and cluster random method as the sample size. To collect the data, three standard questionnaires were used Glock and Stark rligiosity in work (1965), Professional Ethics of Armito et al. (2011), and Hersey and Goldsmith's Performance Questionnaire (2008). After collecting the data, they were described through the mean, standard deviation by SPSS-21 software and data Statistical Inference was carried out through structural equation modeling with the help of LISREL-v8.80 software. Questionnaires Technical characteristics were assessed including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity. Path coefficient and significant coefficients were used to examine the hypotheses. The results showed that the degree of appropriateness of proposed model was appropriate with regard to components research. Also the results of the study indicated that professional ethics has significant impact on job performance with the mediating role of religiosity in work among Hamedan province teachers.
